The Enterprise room is a multipurpose space capable of providing personal work areas or holding a wide variety of group events, such as workshops, training or even local community activities.
Our test kitchen is a fully functional food service kitchen. We designed it specifically to demonstrate new ideas to customers, train customers and staff on technical aspects of the products we represent, develop menuable concepts, and conduct competitive analysis.
The kitchen is fully equipped to replicate a commercial kitchen environment, and is capable of preparing food to serve over 150 guests in our facility.
We find ways to keep our family traditions alive throughout the facility. For instance, we custom built a dry-aging case to recreate old-world family recipes and demonstrate our skills and expertise in the industry.
Product samples are stored right on the premises in our refrigerators, walk-in freezers and dry storage areas.
At AJ Letizio we are committed to the personal and professional growth of our team, so we created a fitness area with cardio vascular and weight training equipment. Professional fitness trainers come in to train our associates before hitting the showers to return to work.
The outside grounds are just as important to us as the inside of the facility. We have people working almost daily to maintain our landscaping.
