Groundbreaking Ceremony for new A.J. Letizio Professional Center Windham

Four generations of the Letizio family were on hand with friends and associates on Wednesday May 3rd for the official groundbreaking ceremony for the new A.J. Letizio Professional Center. Construction has been underway at its location at 47 Enterprise Drive in Windham, with an intended September 1st opening. The facility will feature 24 brand new executive office spaces, unparalleled in quality. These fully furnished, full-service office spaces will be available by the hour, day, week, month, or year. The A.J. Letizio Professional Center is located directly “on-campus” with the A.J. Letizio Enterprise Center on Enterprise Drive in Windham at the intersection of I93 and NH Rt 111. “All office spaces at the A.J. Letizio Enterprise Center have been fully booked since it opened in 2019, with a waiting list for space, so we’re excited to bring the new Professional Center spaces online in September to meet the demand,” said CEO Al Letizio, Jr.  “The A.J. Letizio Enterprise Center was named ‘Best New Commercial Building’ in the greater Boston area by the Boston Architectural Society when it was built in 2019, and there is no other commercial space like it in the state. The new Professional Center offices will be set up and equipped in the same manner, and space has been booking up fast, pre-construction,” added Ashley Mayo, A.J. Letizio Controller. Stephens-Marquis Associates is again handling this project and other simultaneous A.J. Letizio projects in Windham. The A.J. Letizio Professional Center Windham is the organization’s latest project, joining its other facilities in Windham, New Hampshire, Glastonbury, Connecticut, New York City, Rochester, New York, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
