A.J. Letizio’s Foodservice Division Announces Promotion and New Team Members

A.J. Letizio’s Foodservice Division is proud to announce the promotion of a valued team member and the addition of two talented professionals in January of 2025. Ross Pisani, formerly a Business Manager, has been promoted to Regional Director of the New England Foodservice Team. We are also pleased to welcome Greg Flagg and Laurel Presher, who join the team as Account Managers.

For the past six years, Ross Pisani has excelled as a Business Manager in the New England region, where his expertise and strategic vision have been instrumental to the region’s growth and success, earning him respect from team members and clients alike. A Johnson & Wales trained chef, Ross is also a valued member of the A.J. Letizio Culinary Team. As center of the plate/protein specialist, he supported the team with creativity, dedication, and culinary excellence. Ross now takes on the role of Regional Director of the New England Foodservice Team.

Greg Flagg is joining the A.J. Letizio Foodservice Team as an Account Manager on the New England team. With over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in highly competitive markets, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. He has an extensive foodservice background, with experience in roles with Key Impact Sales, Heinz, and most recentl Lamb Weston. Greg lives in Wells, Maine, and will cover Northern New England for A.J. Letizio.

Laurel Presher is also joining the A.J. Letizio Foodservice Division, filling the new Account Manager/K-12 Specialist position in Western New York. Laurel began her career in the foodservice industry at Wegman’s as a culinary professional, before pivoting into school nutrition. Laurel served most recently as the School Nutrition Director for the East Irondequoit School District. Laurel is also a National Guard veteran, with experience operating heavy equipment. She has managed federal programs, overseen operations across multiple locations, and developed a strong reputation for leadership, organization, and innovation.
