A.J. Letizio’s Foodservice Division is proud to announce the promotion of a valued team member and the addition of two talented professionals in January of 2025. Ross Pisani, formerly a Business Manager, has been promoted to Regional Director of the New England Foodservice Team. We are also pleased to welcome Laurel Presher, who joins the team as Account Manager & K-12 Specialist.
For the past six years, Ross Pisani has excelled as a Business Manager in the New England region, where his expertise and strategic vision have been instrumental to the region’s growth and success, earning him respect from team members and clients alike. A Johnson & Wales trained chef, Ross is also a valued member of the A.J. Letizio Culinary Team. As center of the plate/protein specialist, he supported the team with creativity, dedication, and culinary excellence. Ross now takes on the role of Regional Director of the New England Foodservice Team.
Laurel Presher is joining the A.J. Letizio Foodservice Division, filling the new Account Manager/K-12 Specialist position in Western New York. Laurel began her career in the foodservice industry at Wegman’s as a culinary professional, before pivoting into school nutrition. Laurel served most recently as the School Nutrition Director for the East Irondequoit School District. Laurel is also a National Guard veteran, with experience operating heavy equipment. She has managed federal programs, overseen operations across multiple locations, and developed a strong reputation for leadership, organization, and innovation.
