JP Food Sales Merges with A.J. Letizio Sales & Marketing

Al Letizio, Jr., President of A.J. Letizio Sales & Marketing of Windham, NH announced today that the company has reached an agreement with owners of JP Food Sales of Dresher, PA to acquire their business, a strong, and long recognized player in the Pennsylvania food industry. Founders Jack and Phyllis O’Donnell agreed to the deal that transfers ownership of the business of JP Food Sales to A.J. Letizio effective June 1, 2025 and merges the two organizations into the most powerful privately owned food sales agency in the greater Pennsylvania region. In the agreement, the entire JP Food Sales will be joining A.J. Letizio Sales & Marketing. 

A.J. Letizio has named JP Food Sales executive Kevin O’Donnell to Category Director for Deli in the company’s Retail Division in the Eastern United States. Legacy Founder Jack O’Donnell will support A.J. Letizio’s Executive Team in Strategic Business Development throughout the Eastern United States. The J.P Food Sales team will relocate operations to the A.J. Letizio Philadelphia regional headquarters in King of Prussia, PA. A.J. Letizio has announced plans to construct a new, state-of-the-art A.J. Letizio Enterprise Center in Philadelphia to be the company’s new regional support and training center, serving its Retail and Foodservice Business in the marketplace.  

Jack and Phyllis O’Donnell founded the business forty-four years ago in 1981. Since then, under Jack O’Donnell’s leadership, the JP Sales Team grew, and the team successfully built their business through the years offering expert personal service to their customers and clients. By joining together with A.J. Letizio, JP Food Sales’ customers and clients will enjoy the same benefits of the top-notch personalized attention they have been accustomed to from JP, in addition to the extensive services and resources of A.J.
