Madden Global Solutions Joins A.J. Letizio Sales & Marketing 

A.J. Letizio Sales & Marketing, Inc. of Windham, NH announced today that the company has reached an agreement with Madden Global Solutions, Inc. of Quincy, Massachusetts (Madden), to acquire their business. The Madden organization is known throughout the industry as one of Boston’s most respected sales and marketing agencies. Owner Ken Madden agreed to the deal that transfers ownership of Madden to A.J. Letizio effective June 1, 2025 and merges the two organizations into the most comprehensive Sales agency in the Eastern United States. In the agreement, all staff members of Madden join A.J. Letizio, and will continue forward as part of the newly combined team. 

 Ken Madden, Legacy Founder of Madden Global Solutions will be working with A.J. Letizio’s Retail Executive Team in strategic business development efforts and will be bringing his extensive expertise in data analytics to the A.J. Letizio Analytics Team. Madden’s Brian Riccio has been named as Vice President / Category Director -Seafood for the A.J. Letizio Retail Division.   

 Madden Global Solutions was founded in 1949 and grew from a regional brokerage company to a customer specific sales and marketing solutions company. Ken Madden joined the company in 1967, after working in national account sales and marketing management roles with major CPG companies. Ken led the expansion of the company, which specialized originally in serving the needs of Health, Beauty & Cosmetics and General Merchandise partners in drug, grocery and mass merchandise channels in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Madden Global Solutions has since helped launch several major food and non-food consumer packed brands in the Club Store sector. Madden Global Solutions transformed its business model over the years in the development of data driven business analytics programs that have driven the success of numerous national merchandising programs. Madden continues to be a leader in the select channels of chain drug and wholesale clubs, seventy-five years after the company’s founding.

Letizio and Madden share a common culture of old-fashioned values that have been carried on for generations.  The Letizio family traces its five-generation origins in the food business to the family’s Italian market in Lawrence, MA in 1912. Ken Madden’s roots in the business go back to his father originally founding the Madden business in 1949, and Ken buying the business from his father at age 28, the same age that Al & Patti Letizio were when they founded A.J. Letizio, twenty years later. In 2024, Madden Global Solutions team celebrated their 75th anniversary, a rare achievement in the sales agency industry.  “The merger of the A.J.
